Company Navigator was an internal startup product at Konica Minolta R&D that addressed enterprise knowledge management challenges. The platform helps large organisations navigate scattered information across emails, documents, calendars, tasks, and meetings by creating meaningful connections and allowing custom organisation.
Challenge
My challenge was to create an engaging landing page that would effectively communicate a complex enterprise knowledge management concept through visual storytelling, whilst generating qualified leads for market validation of an R&D product.
Interactive Prototyping
I prototyped a simple story in Figma: enter the chaos, watch it resolve, then act.
Immersive zoom draws you into a living network of connected items — focusing attention on the core message and the request-access CTA.
Hover transforms a cloud of dots into ordered grids — a clear visual of how Company Navigator turns scattered information into organised, actionable knowledge.
This part of the prototype demonstrates tabs that present the same items in different structures and relationships. Company Navigator lets users collect and organise information into collections without duplication or moving it from its original source.
Together, these moments tell the product’s promise: from scattered pieces to clear structure — and a confident next step.
